Notice under Bill 29 Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act regarding the availability of replacement parts, repair services and maintenance or repair information.

Please be advised that HD Source Inc ("HD Source"), does not guarantee, within the meaning of Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act and the applicable regulations, the availability of parts, repair services, or maintenance or repair information for products sold, manufactured, imported, advertised or distributed by HD Source.

This notice applies to all sales made from us, online, by telephone/e-mail or in-store.

We will make every effort to assist the customers in identifying manufacturer-authorized repair services, resources and related information subject to availability from the manufacturer.

This notice does not relate to manufacturer warranties, extended warranty programs and other offers made directly by the manufacturer.
