Returns:

Back to School Promo Items:
These items may be returned for credit/exchange within 15 days, provided the goods are new, un-opened and with proof of purchase.

Year End and Clearance Sales:  All sales through these programs are Final.  Warranties and DOA guarantees are per details listed on the items.

All other items are considered non-returnable. HDSource Inc, may at it's discretion be able to accommodate certain returns of un-opened, items within 15 days. Re-stocking charges may apply.

Return Procedure:
To return a product, please contact our sales department at 416-251-1571 or sales@hdsource.ca. If your product is eligible for a return, a return authorization will be issued to you.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Repair of purchased item:
If the product you purchased from us requires service, please contact us at 416-251-1571 or sales@hdsource.ca. Prior authorization is required before sending goods in for service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
